Turning Tables

Positions, responsibilities ,Recognitions a kind of ego boost that all of us need an get at some point of our lives.

We should never forget our roots from where we had started our journey once we feel we have reached the Zenith.
We never do. It is a myth that we are at the top. It might take you uncountable efforts to reach where you feel you are at the top but it takes a fraction of that uncountable efforts to come down  lower to the place from where you had initially started.

We all should remember to stay grounded and remember our roots. We should always help others not forgetting  our own priorities of course because one day while serving others and fulfilling their priorities we might end up killing our own. People will move on after satisfying their needs or their Greed's but you will remain there itself.  It is Important to be humble and generous but it is equally important to be emotionally intelligent .

You might be at the delivering end of the table today but remember even when you are at the highest rung of your organization  ,there are people waiting for you to commit that one mistake which would turn the table around.
Be efficient and regular with your duties . staying regular with your duties and keeping your eyes and ears open is the best way to retain your position.
There might be people hierarchically above and below you , you should never take them as above or below you But equal. When in your mind you give each other an equal status you will end up behaving in same  manner as well by giving every person their due respect. Today you might be the person ordering around because you are regular and well versed with your duties but tomorrow you might not.
